My Personal Background
I bring a wealth of life experience and education to my coaching. I have pursued my own growth for many years and am a life-long learner. My life has been a bowl of cherries with its share of pits. I view those pits as valuable learning experiences and an important part of who I am today.

I have fulfilled many roles in my lifetime -- mother, grandmother homemaker, wife, empty nester, married, divorced, widowed, single, a caregiver, stepmother, single parent, working parent etc. I am a coach who has been there!

My Professional Background
Before becoming a professional coach I spent 20 years in the corporate world in a variety of positions such as: Career Counselor, Trainer, Organizational Development Consultant, Project Manager and Business Administrator and I spent six years as an entrepreneur, small business owner and psychotherapist.

Now I work by telephone with clients all over the country. In coaching I discovered philosophies, tools, methodologies, ways of being and doing that have increased the quality of my life dramatically and can do the same for you. I work with my clients to help them become their "personal best" and create a productive and fulfilling life.

MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences with specialties in Organizational Development and Systems Counseling - Leadership Institute of Seattle, Bastyr University

I am currently taking advanced training in coaching skills from Coach University, the premier coach training school in America.
