I offer a complimentary 45-minute get acquainted session. During this session, we will learn about each other and explore what you want to achieve and how you might get there. Individual Telecoaching Sessions:

Option #1
Three 45-minute telephone sessions per month (pre-scheduled): $225/month
Email and short calls in between, as needed.

Option #2
Two 45-minute telephone sessions per month (pre-scheduled): $150/month
Email and short calls in between, as needed.

Group Telecoaching Sessions:

Custom-designed for people with similar needs and goals:

$150/month/person: three one-hour sessions. Three month minimum.

Sessions are prepaid by check or credit card at the beginning of each month.
